Electronic bids are invited through EPADS on single stage single envelope procedure from firms having valid PEC registration financial year 2025-26 with relevant specialization codes CE-04 CE-09 CE-10 and active registration with KPRA and FBR for dredging desilting of critical waterways including Khwazakhela Khwar Charbagh Khwar Haroonai Khwar Barwai Khwar and construction installation of solar based irrigation tube wells at multiple locations including Village Shal Tangar Madyan Village Kachigram Khwazakhela Sakhara Valley Kamarch Tehsil Martung Village Shamiray near Chinar Masjid UC Terat Village Wargano Dolata Babu and Village Dambdar Dherai estimated costs range from 6.90 million to 76.000 million with bid security 2 percent additional stamp duties and mandatory PEC categories C4 C5 C6 bids must be submitted through EPADS by 12-05-2026 at 02:00 PM and opened same day at 02:30 PM bidders must upload CNIC PEC license KPRA registration FBR status BOQ signed copy bid security CDR and rate analysis where applicable original bid security must be submitted physically failure will result in disqualification procurement governed under KPPRA rules Pro Tip Ensure all required documents are uploaded in single readable PDF files and original CDR submitted before deadline
