Sealed tenders are invited through EPADS from active taxpayers firms manufacturers distributors suppliers for complete overhauling of networking infrastructure including fiber optic core network segregation and centralized power solution under single stage one envelope procedure bid security 2 percent required tender fee 3000 non refundable bidding documents issuance from 27 April 2026 to 14 May 2026 submission deadline 14 May 2026 at 02:30 PM opening same day at 03:00 PM original bid security pay order must be submitted physically bids must be submitted on EPADS and in case of discrepancy EPADS submission will prevail procurement governed under SPPRA rules 2010
