Procurement of student uniforms and footwear including boys summer items - shirt with monogram pant with belt socks - boys winter items - shirt with monogram pant with belt socks woolen jersey - girls summer items - shalwar qameez with monogram dupatta sash socks - girls winter items - shalwar qameez with monogram socks woolen shawl woolen jersey - and black color school shoes for boys and girls of Bata or equivalent original as per prescribed specifications and committee recommendations under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through E-PADS system using single stage two envelope bidding procedure where technical and financial bids are submitted separately and financial bids are opened after technical evaluation and grievance period bidders must be registered with income tax sales tax and E-PADS and submit bid security of 5 percent in form of CDR with technical proposal along with mandatory documents including CNIC tax registrations and affidavit of non-blacklisting technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day of submission and financial bids of qualified bidders will be opened later successful bidder must provide performance guarantee of 10 percent supply items within defined timelines and ensure size measurement and delivery as per conditions Pro Tip Ensure complete documentation compliance and timely bid submission to avoid disqualification
