Rectification and rehabilitation works including restoration of academic blocks at boys and girls educational facility comprising structural repairs retrofitting and building restoration works as per engineering specifications under PPRA Rules 2014 through EPADS using single stage single envelope procedure with mandatory pre bid meeting scheduled at 11:00 AM on 05-05-2026 bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for fiscal year 2025-26 and possess NTN STRN and PRA registration with active tax filer status bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost must be submitted in form of CDR demand draft or pay order and uploaded with bid while original must be submitted before deadline bids to be submitted online before 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on same day firms with relevant retrofitting experience are eligible Pro Tip Ensure compliance with PEC registration and timely submission of bid security documents
