Hiring of firm or company for provision of human resource information system and support services under service level agreement including system implementation maintenance and support for one year extendable contract under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through single stage two envelope bidding procedure bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS portal technical and financial proposals will be evaluated separately pre bid meeting scheduled on 30-04-2026 at 11:00 AM participation allowed through online link upon request bidders must be tax registered and experienced proposals must be submitted by 03:00 PM and will be opened at 03:30 PM on same day Pro Tip Attend pre bid meeting and ensure complete EPADS submission before deadline for eligibility
