Supply installation and commissioning of laboratory equipment including complete setup and operationalization for healthcare facility under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope bidding procedure bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax and appear on active taxpayer list bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS with bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order original bid security must be submitted physically before deadline bids will be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on same day bid validity period is 180 days Pro Tip Ensure accurate submission of both electronic and original bid security documents before deadline
