Procurement of IT equipment plant and machinery under framework contract for financial year 2025-26 including supply installation and support services bidders must submit technical and financial bids separately under single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS system bids must be complete signed and accompanied by income tax and sales tax registration certificates electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on same day incomplete or late bids will not be considered procurement governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 Pro Tip Ensure complete documentation and timely EPADS submission to qualify for evaluation
