Procurement of IT equipment plant and machinery medical and lab equipment books furniture and fixtures for Govt Associate College for Girls Nawan Kot Layyah including furniture and fixture IT equipment plant and machinery medical and lab equipment and books each estimated cost 1.00 million procurement through single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 bids to be submitted electronically through EPADS by 11-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM same day financial bids to be opened after technical evaluation bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments bidding documents available on PPRA and EPADS websites bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR demand draft or pay order in favor of Director of Education Colleges Dera Ghazi Khan Division must be attached with bids and original submitted before closing time successful bidder must submit 10 percent performance guarantee equipment to be delivered within 15 days furniture to be polished at site procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 procuring agency may cancel process or adjust quantities Pro Tip Ensure timely electronic submission and original bid security deposit
