Procurement of spare parts for operational vehicles under framework contract including Massey 240 tractor trolley estimated cost 1359766 bid security 40793 - Massey 385 tractor loader and blade estimated cost 824612 bid security 24738 - Suzuki Ravi mini dumpers estimated cost 466335 bid security 13990 - Hino Dutro trucks estimated cost 1154120 bid security 34624 - Isuzu NPR trucks estimated cost 467213 bid security 14016 - loader rickshaw estimated cost 696294 bid security 20889 procurement through EPADS system under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage one envelope procedure with least cost method joint venture or consortium not allowed bidding documents available on PPRA and EPADS websites bidders must submit bids online through EPADS till 09-05-2026 at 11:00 hours and technical bids will be opened on same day at 11:30 hours pre bid meeting will be held on 30-04-2026 at 11:00 hours at office of BWMC bidders must submit original bid security before closing time in hard form bids must be complete signed stamped and in conformity with bidding documents bid submission on EPADS is responsibility of bidder Pro Tip Attend pre bid meeting and ensure timely submission of original bid security before deadline
