Government to government procurement for development and maintenance contract of Hospital Management Information System HMIS for Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology Rawalpindi bids invited under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended only organizations owned and controlled by Federal or Provincial Government are eligible bidders must obtain bidding documents containing terms conditions and quantities free of cost from PPRA website RIC website and EPADS website bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS where applicable otherwise bids must be submitted in single package comprising two separate sealed envelopes under single stage two envelope procedure clearly marked as technical proposal and financial proposal bids must be submitted by 09-05-2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM on same day if date falls on public holiday next working day will be considered with same time and venue Pro Tip Ensure eligibility as government owned organization and proper submission through EPADS or sealed envelopes as required
