NOTICE INVITING TENDER Sealed bids are invited from firms companies contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in applicable category having a valid NTN and STRN registration and active filing status on FBR-ATL both for NTN AND STRN and also having active filing status on KPRA for works mentioned below in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority KPPRA Rules Amended 2014 on single-stage-one-envelop method and item rate procedure through e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System EPADS kp.eprocure.gov.pk Description of works is given here below Serial No Description Estimated Cost in PKR 1 Hiring of Excavator machines and Dumpers on rental basis Rs 1473208 for Eid-ul-Azha Operations 2026 2 One-Time Clearing of Old Dumps One-Time Desilting of Rs 3500000 Drains Terms Conditions 1 Complete bid documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned between 900AM to 500PM on any working days Monday to Friday from the date of appearance on the KPPRA website till the closing date and time of submission of bids upon presenting receipt of tender fee of Rs 2000 in the name of Chief Executive Officer Bank of Khyber Haripur AC No PK57KHYB5019003007654404 and the same may be downloaded from EPADS kp.eprocure.gov.pk 2 The 2 bid security is a must which will be uploaded on EPADS along with the bid and the original will be delivered to the office before the closing time Additional bid security will be dealt in accordance with KPPRA Notification No SRO 14 Vol 1 24 2021 22 dated May10 2022 or latest If any 3 Bidder may apply for both packages separately and evaluation will be carried out separately 4 The Pre-Bid meeting will be held on April 30 2026 at 1100 AM in the office of General Manager HR Admin Procurement IT 5 The tenders completed in all respect must uploaded through EPADS before 1130 AM on May 08 2026 and will be opened on the same day at 1200 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee and the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend 6 Quoted bids will be inclusive of all applicable taxes levies and duties etc and for Package 1 Serial no 1 also inclusive of Fuel operator driver loaders charges etc 7 reserves the right to increase decrease the No of Days Hours or Machine given in the NIT Bid Documents to meet the actual needs requirements 8 Rest of the Terms and Conditions are mentioned in the bid document
