NOTICE INVITING TENDER EPADS Sealed tenders based on MRS-2025 1 Bi Annual Non MRS-items for the below mentioned works are hereby invited on the basis of Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through EPADS from the government contractors registered with PEC enlisted with Local Council Board Peshawar as per Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year 2025-26 ADP No 240245 Solarization of Tube Wells in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Government Amount 2 Last Date Time of Date Time of Scheme Name in Million Earnest Submission of Tender Opening Money in Rs Tender Forms Solarization of Existing Tube Wells near Office 5.435 108700 21 05 2026 1200 PM 21 05 2026 0200 PM Solarization of Existing Tube wells near Public Park 5.435 108700 21 05 2026 1200 PM 21 05 2026 0200 PM Terms and Conditions Bidding Documents can be downloaded from EPADS website eprocure gov pk after publishing NIT Bid documents along with original bid securities and detail rate analysis if applicable must be delivered through courier before closing time Cutting overwriting manipulation will not be acceptable Any mismatching among scanned and hard copies leads to disqualification Rates may be offered as percentage above or below or at par on engineer estimate Securities shall be in shape of call deposit Contractors must have relevant PEC codes including solarization code Contractors quoting up to 10 below shall submit 2 bid security Contractors quoting more than 10 below up to 20 below shall submit 8 additional security along with 2 bid security Contractors quoting more than 20 below shall submit additional security equal to differential amount along with detailed rate analysis Non submission shall result in non responsiveness Call deposits must be prepared after publishing of NIT In case of tie decision through free toss False information shall lead to disqualification and blacklisting Registration with EPADS mandatory PEC and KPPRA registration must be valid Procuring entity may cancel tender Work may increase decrease as per requirement
