Invitation for Bids using EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 amended invites contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council PEC for the year 2025-26 along with PRA and GST registration for construction of retaining wall around 08 number towers of 132KV transmission lines QD Singh DHA 1 Nokhar QD Singh Fateh Pur and Nokhar Khiali as per site requirement estimated cost PKR 5988011 contractors must possess relevant PEC category with specialization code CE 10 bid security is 2 percent of BOQ in shape of CDR in favor of Executive Engineer successful bidder shall submit 10 percent performance security bidder must have completed at least one similar work in NTDC DISCOs WAPDA during last 03 years and provide documentary proof tender fee is Rs 3000 bids must be submitted through EPADS by 20 05 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM bid validity period is 90 days conditional tenders will not be accepted
