Description
Sealed proposals are invited for hiring third party verification firm or organization for verification of distribution delivery installation and operation of solar home system SHS kits for on grid beneficiaries across Sindh under special initiative scope includes verification of 143000 beneficiaries through physical verification CNIC geo tagged GPS coordinates verification of installation technical compliance portal status updates non compliance reporting and re verification bidders must have valid registration with SECP or relevant authority tax registrations and minimum five years experience and offices in Sindh preferably Karachi procurement method is single stage two envelope bidding documents available on EPADS and official website proposals must be submitted online through EPADS on or before 11 05 2026 at 02:00 PM along with RFP fee Rs 5000 proposals will be opened on same day at 02:30 PM incomplete late conditional or blacklisted bids will be rejected
