Request for Proposal invites sealed technical and financial proposals from consulting firms for feasibility study design construction supervision and preparation of environmental and local management plans for ecosystem based adaptation EBA and 14 green infrastructure interventions under integrated flood risk management project in Sindh consultancy duration is 2 years procurement under SPPRA Rules 2010 amended 2019 interested firms may obtain RFP documents against non refundable fee of Rs 5000 and submit separate sealed technical and financial proposals in four copies by 12 05 2026 at 12:00 PM proposals will be opened on same day at 02:00 PM firms must have relevant experience in medium and large dams PEC registration valid till December 2026 NTN SRB registration and required technical software expertise consortiums of more than two firms not allowed incomplete conditional or late proposals will be rejected
