Construction and rehabilitation works including development of tuff tile infrastructure and building works for sub office facility involving civil works execution based on item rate contracts through e tendering system Contractors must be registered with relevant engineering council categories and participate through EPADS Bids must be submitted electronically with earnest money deposit in form of CDR equal to specified percentage of estimated cost and original documents submitted before opening Financial bids must include complete rate analysis and item wise pricing Incomplete or non responsive bids will be rejected Bid opening will be conducted in presence of committee and participants Pro Tip Ensure all bid documents including earnest money and rate analysis are properly completed and submitted to maintain eligibility
