Procurement of supply installation commissioning and testing services integrated with existing equipment under defined project scope Bidding will be conducted through EPADS using single stage one envelope procedure Interested bidders must submit electronic bids along with bid security equal to 2 percent of bid price and tender fee in prescribed financial instruments Original instruments must be submitted physically before deadline Technical bids will be opened on same day and financial bids of qualified bidders will be opened later Eligibility requires minimum 5 years experience and compliance with technical evaluation criteria Bid validity period is 90 days Pro Tip Ensure submission of both electronic bid and physical bid security documents before deadline to avoid disqualification
