Framework contract for procurement of medicines surgical items and disposable medical supplies including multinational company medicines national medicines and disposable surgical items on basis of maximum discount from retail price; bidders must be registered with NTN GST and possess valid drug sale license Form-9 Category-A; procurement to be conducted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals; bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost required in form of CDR pay order or demand draft valid for 180 days and submitted online and in original before opening; bids will be opened at 12:30 PM in presence of bidders; late submissions will be rejected and agency reserves right to reject bids under PPRA rules.
