Rehabilitation of miscellaneous open drains including civil works for drainage improvement and repair as per specifications; procurement through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage single envelope procedure; bidders must be registered with PEC FBR and PPRA and submit electronic bids with bid security in form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order submitted online and physically before deadline; bids to be opened on same day; mandatory documents include PEC license tax registration and affidavit of non blacklisting; incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected.
