Special repair of multiple road segments including construction and rehabilitation works for roads and associated infrastructure across various locations with mechanized surfacing and pavement works as per DNIT and BOQs; procurement through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014; bidders must be PEC registered and submit bids electronically with 5 percent bid security in form of CDR submitted before opening; performance guarantee of 10 percent required from successful bidder; bids evaluated on item rate basis and incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected.
