Procurement of T and P articles for Ring Road Police including supply of specified items on whole package basis; quantity 03 units with estimated cost of PKR 15,000,000 and bid security of PKR 300,000; bidding under single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Quality and Cost Based Selection method; bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and active on ATL; bids to be submitted electronically via EPADS with technical proposal accompanied by bid security in form of CDR, demand draft or pay order; bids must be submitted before deadline and opened on same day; incomplete or late bids will be rejected and procuring agency may reject all bids under Rule 35.
