Framework contracts for procurement of stationery items, computer stationery items and printing items for the financial year 2026-27; bids invited through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended); submission deadline 11-05-2026 at 10:30 AM and opening at 11:00 AM; bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and not blacklisted; bid security of 1% of estimated cost required in form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order with original submission before closing time; technical and financial bids to be submitted electronically; incomplete, late or corrupted bids will be rejected; procurement process governed strictly under PPRA Rules 2014.
