Construction Repair And Maintenance Of Public Buildings Work Tender Notice
Description
Execution of multiple construction and maintenance works including - maintenance and repair of district jail - renovation repair and maintenance of public sector colleges including Government Graduate College Rajanpur Government Graduate College Women Fazilpur and Government Associate College Women Kot Mithan - maintenance and repair of Deputy Commissioner camp office and other public buildings to ensure structural integrity and functionality. Bidding will be conducted through EPADS e-procurement system under open competitive bidding following single stage procedure. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for relevant categories are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit electronic bids and upload complete BOQ details along with financial rates and provide earnest money equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR bank draft or pay order with original submission before deadline. Bids will be opened on same day in presence of committee. Performance guarantee of 10 percent of bid amount is required from successful bidder. Conditional bids or incomplete submissions will be rejected as per PPRA Rules 2014. Pro Tip: Carefully upload BOQ and ensure timely submission of original bid security to maintain compliance.
