Leasing of billboard sites for advertising purposes across railway lands including outsourcing of multiple locations for installation and operation of billboards with defined lease period and annual rental structure. Bidding will be conducted through single stage two envelope competitive procedure. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids offering annual rent along with bid security equal to 2 percent of benchmark cost per site.
