Construction Installation Infrastructure Street Lights Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders based on MRS 2025 first bi annual and non MRS items are invited for multiple development works including rehabilitation and improvement of public infrastructure installation of street lights in various union councils uplifting and beautification activities construction of public park and construction of road drain and footpath to enhance urban and rural infrastructure. The procurement includes multiple works such as installation of street lighting systems civil works road construction drainage and public park development. The bidding process follows single stage two envelope procedure requiring submission of separate technical and financial bids through EPADS while financial proposals are also to be submitted via registered courier service. Only government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with relevant department are eligible. Bid security at two percent of estimated cost in shape of call deposit is mandatory. Technical bids will be evaluated first and only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened. Online clarification facility is available until specified date and bids must remain valid for 120 days.
