Repair Maintenance Electrical Transformers Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited for repair and maintenance of transformers under approved development provisions including servicing rehabilitation and upkeep of electrical equipment to ensure operational reliability. The procurement follows single stage single envelope procedure through EPADS requiring electronic submission of bids along with submission of bid security and required documents in hard form. Eligible bidders must be PEC registered contractors with relevant codes and PESCO registered firms. Bid security at two percent of estimated cost in the form of call deposit is mandatory. Bids will be evaluated as per prescribed criteria and must comply with all submission requirements including rate analysis where applicable. Contractors must ensure timely commencement of work after award and comply with all applicable tax and regulatory provisions. Pro Tip Ensure bid security and supporting documents are correctly uploaded and physically submitted before deadline to avoid disqualification.
