Beautification And Rehabilitation Works In Urban Areas Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited for beautification and rehabilitation works including improvement of commercial areas rehabilitation of urban infrastructure and provision and installation of planters to enhance aesthetic appearance and public environment. The procurement includes civil works installation activities and urban improvement measures. The bidding process follows single stage two envelope procedure requiring submission of separate technical and financial bids through EPADS along with hard copy submission in sealed envelopes via courier. Eligible contractors must be PEC registered enlisted with relevant authorities and active taxpayers. Bid security at two percent of estimated cost in the form of call deposit is mandatory. Technical proposals will be evaluated first and only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened.
