Construction Rehabilitation Roads Bridge Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Sealed bids are invited for improvement rehabilitation and construction of road and bridge infrastructure including new road development and construction of bridge structures to enhance transportation connectivity and structural integrity. The procurement follows single stage two envelope EPADS bidding procedure requiring submission of separate technical and financial bids electronically. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC KPRA and relevant authorities and comply with all regulatory requirements. Bid security in the form of call deposit is mandatory and detailed bid security information must be submitted electronically. Technical bids will be opened first and financial bids will be opened after approval of technical evaluation. Bidders must quote rates above or below on MRS and non MRS items and comply with all documentation requirements.
