Supply Food Testing Equipment Laboratories Tender Notice
Description
Sealed electronic bids are invited for supply of food testing equipment for mobile food testing laboratories including provision of laboratory instruments and testing devices required for food safety analysis and quality assurance. The procurement includes supply installation and commissioning of equipment as per detailed technical specifications provided in bidding documents. The bidding process follows single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS requiring submission of separate technical and financial bids electronically. A pre bid meeting will be held on 27 04 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bid security equal to two percent of total offered cost in the form of call deposit is mandatory and must be submitted before closing time. Technical bids will be opened after one hour of closing and financial bids will be opened after evaluation of technical proposals. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and KPRA.
