Consultancy Impact Assessment Evaluation Tender Notice
Description
Sealed proposals are invited for hiring consultancy services to conduct third party validation and impact assessment including mid term evaluation of a microfinance scheme to assess performance outcomes and effectiveness. The procurement follows single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS requiring submission of technical and financial proposals electronically. A pre proposal meeting will be held prior to submission and selection will be based on quality and cost based selection criteria with defined weightage. Proposals must include proof of payment of non refundable fee and will be evaluated with minimum technical qualification threshold.
