Description
Sealed proposals are invited for hiring consultancy services to conduct third party validation and impact assessment including mid term evaluation of a microfinance scheme to assess performance outcomes and effectiveness. The procurement follows single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS requiring submission of technical and financial proposals electronically.
