Electronic bids are invited for desilting and dredging of urban waterways including Mugam Nullah Badri Nullah Zanday Nullah Naranji Nullah Shagai Nullah and PHLC flood carrier channel under Non ADP 2025 26. Procurement follows single stage single envelope procedure through EPADS. Contractors must have PEC registration KPRA registration FBR active status and submit 2 percent bid security with required performance certificates.
