Provision of janitorial services at regional office head Marala Road Malkey Kalan Sialkot including sub area office Daska for an initial period of one year extendable for another year on same terms and conditions - Interested firms must be on Active Taxpayer List with valid Sales Tax Registration NTN Certificate and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate - Tender documents can be obtained through EPADS PPRA website with a non refundable fee of Rs 2500 payable via pay order CDR or demand draft - Sealed bids must be submitted physically during working days before deadline - Bid opening will be conducted publicly on the same date at 1130 hours after submission deadline at 1100 hours - Pro Tip Ensure all mandatory tax registrations and payment instruments are complete before submission to avoid disqualification
