Construction Supply Installation Planters Benches Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes construction of planters - providing and fixing of butterfly shape artistic benches and planters - and supply of planters for different parks chowks green belts and areas across the city under item rate basis as per current market rate system and approved non schedule rates with completion period of 90 days - bidders must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in relevant category and must be registered on EPADS e procurement system - bids must be submitted electronically with bid security in the form of CDR equal to 4 percent of estimated cost uploaded before deadline and original submitted before opening time - financial bids must include item wise rates instead of percentage and incomplete bids will be treated as non responsive - bid opening will be conducted at 11:30 AM after closing at 11:00 AM with presence of procurement committee - quality assurance security required if bid is 5 percent below estimate - bids may be rejected under PPRA rules and strict compliance with procurement regulations is mandatory Pro Tip Ensure all documents bid security and item wise rates are correctly uploaded and submitted before deadline to avoid disqualification
