Description
Procurement includes rehabilitation of road from Bhopri Chowk to Waghal and rehabilitation of road Tanglarian Anwali UC Santh Sarola in Tehsil Kotli Sattian District Murree with estimated costs and bid securities as specified - bidding will follow single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 where technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately through EPADS - contractors must have valid PEC registration in relevant category and experience in similar works - bids must be submitted electronically before deadline and technical bids will be opened at 02:00 PM with financial bids opened only for technically qualified bidders - bid security of 5 percent in form of CDR must be submitted before opening time - conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected and lowest evaluated bidder will be awarded contract - additional performance guarantee required if bid is below threshold and all applicable taxes will be deducted as per rules Pro Tip Ensure complete compliance with technical submission requirements and timely submission of bid security to avoid rejection
