Procurement includes construction of PCC road from Farooka road to Madrisa Haqania Sahiwal with estimated cost and bid security of 5 percent in form of CDR - bids must be submitted through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure by contractors registered with PEC and tax authorities - bidders must upload earnest money and submit original CDR before opening time otherwise bids will be rejected - bids will be opened on scheduled time in presence of committee and lowest evaluated bidder will be selected - additional performance security required if bid is below threshold and procurement governed under PPRA and PLGW rules Pro Tip Ensure timely upload of bids and submission of original CDR to avoid disqualification
