Procurement includes widening and improvement of metalled road Thana Mehmood Kot to Lal Pir with specified length and construction requirements under PPRA rules - bids must be submitted through EPADS with bid security of 2 percent in form of CDR and original submitted before opening - contractors must be PEC registered and submit item wise rates instead of percentage - bids will be opened on scheduled date and performance guarantee required from lowest bidder - procurement governed under PPRA rules and incomplete bids will be rejected Pro Tip Ensure item wise rate submission and timely bid security submission to avoid disqualification
