Procurement includes construction rehabilitation of canal patrol roads bridges drainage systems flood protection works and installation of solar irrigation tube wells under multiple ADP schemes in District Mardan - bidding will be conducted through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules - bidders must possess valid PEC registration relevant category codes KPRA registration and active NTN status with FBR - bid security is 2 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR and original must be submitted before deadline - evaluation based on BOQ above or below system and bids valid for 120 days Pro Tip Ensure all mandatory PEC specialization codes and documents are uploaded correctly to avoid disqualification
