Outsourcing of Janitorial Services for Ground Floor of Hospital Building at Medical Teaching Institution Mardan Medical Complex Mardan under National Competitive Bidding through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under KP-PPRA Rules 2014 - Procurement is open to well established firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and KP Revenue Authority KPRA and reflected on Active Taxpayer List ATL of Federal Board of Revenue - Bid Solicitation Documents containing detailed descriptions evaluation criteria and terms and conditions may be downloaded from EPADS KP-PPRA and MMC websites - Pre bid meeting shall be held on 15-05-2026 at 10:00 AM in Conference Room Administration Block of institution - Bid security amounting to PKR 1000000 in shape of CDR Demand Draft Pay Order or Bankers Cheque in favor of Hospital Director MTI MMC Mardan must be submitted in original before deadline - Affidavit confirming bid security inclusion in financial bid is mandatory while uploading technical bid - Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 01-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and only technical bids shall be opened on same day at 11:30 AM - Bids through hand post courier email or fax shall not be accepted - Procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KP-PPRA Rules 2014.
