Supply and installation of street lights and related accessories across multiple localities including Palosi Pawaka Dheri Baghbanan Bhana Mari Nothia Qadeem Nothia Jadeed Tehkal Bala Landi Arbab Hayatabad phases Shaheen Town University Town and Regi Malakander covering complete provision of lighting equipment accessories and associated works under development initiative scheme ensuring area illumination and infrastructure improvement - Bidding shall be conducted through single stage single envelope procedure via EPADS - Contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with relevant authority for current financial year - Bids must be submitted electronically along with required documents and original bid security sent via courier before deadline - Earnest money fixed at 2 percent with additional securities required based on quoted rates below engineer estimate - Bid opening will take place at scheduled time after submission deadline - Pro Tip Short Paragraph ensure all bid securities rate analysis and compliance documents are complete to avoid disqualification
