Procurement of office equipment including plant and machinery hardware IT equipment furniture fixtures and stationery items covering detailed specifications quantities and evaluation criteria as provided in bidding documents ensuring operational readiness of office facilities - Bidding will be conducted under single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS - Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately with complete documentation - Pre bid meeting scheduled for clarification and sample submission for stationery items - Bid security of 2 percent in form of call deposit required and must be submitted electronically and physically before deadline - Technical bids will be opened at specified time in presence of bidders - Only firms registered with tax authorities KPPRA and active taxpayer list are eligible - Pro Tip Short Paragraph carefully attend pre bid meeting and submit samples where required to strengthen evaluation compliance
