Description
E-bids for separate procurement heads and lots for the financial year 2026-27 covering stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication, cost of others, furniture and fixtures, plant and machinery, hardware, software and IT equipment. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and applicable JVs engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities may participate. Contracts will be awarded separately for each head or lot under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security is 3% of the estimated cost and must be provided only through a Digital Bank Guarantee via the Punjab e-Procurement System using PSID and SWIFT MT760 in favour of Motor Transport Officer-I, S&GAD; physical CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft will not be accepted. Rates must remain valid until 30 June 2027 and suppliers must provide goods as required during Financial Year 2026-27 subject to availability and allocation of funds. Bids must be submitted online by 6 October 2026 at 2:30 PM and opened at 3:00 PM.
