Supply Of Stationery Toner And Printing Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Supply of general stationery items, Markin Cloth, toner, printing supplies and consumable items under a single procurement process divided into two lots, with stationery items covering items 1 to 65 and computer items covering items 1 to 24. The procurement shall follow the Single Stage - Single Envelope Procedure with Technical and Financial proposals submitted simultaneously. Registered firms, dealers, resellers, authorized partners and IT firms may participate. Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt of Rs. 10,00,000 for Lot 1 and Rs. 6,00,000 for Lot 2, issued by a Scheduled Bank in favour of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Mirpur, valid for at least 120 days from bid opening. Bidding documents are available against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/- for each set. Blacklisted firms are prohibited and an affidavit confirming that the contractor or firm has not been blacklisted by any Government Ministry, Division, Department or Organization is mandatory.
