Supply Of Stationery Items And Toners Tender Notice
Description
Supply of stationery items and toners for fax machines, photocopy machines and computer printers for financial year 2026-27 on FOR Muzaffarabad basis through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on lot-wise and item-wise basis. Lot 1 comprises 61 stationery items and Lot 2 comprises 28 toner models with a stated quantity of 222 units. Rates must be quoted for every individual item according to specifications and remain valid until 30 June 2027 without increase. The procurement will be conducted under a closed framework agreement. Samples of all items must accompany the tender, with samples of unsuccessful bidders being returnable. Bid security of Rs. 100000/- in the form of Call Deposit is required in favour of DDO Services Department. A non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 1500/- applies and the application must include an attested copy of the Income Tax certificate. Successful bidder must provide 10% performance security. Paper must be supplied in packs of 500 sheets. Quantities may be increased or decreased under PPRA Rules 2017. Applicable taxes in Azad Kashmir will apply and no advance payment will be made. Firms must submit an affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and tax compliance.
