Framework Contract For Stationery Toners And Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Lot-wise procurement of stationery, toners and store items through framework contracts for a period of one year. Lot 1 covers stationery with estimated cost of Rs. 1,404,001 and bid security of Rs. 70,200; Lot 2 covers toners with estimated cost of Rs. 974,196 and bid security of Rs. 48,709; and Lot 3 covers store items with estimated cost of Rs. 813,792 and bid security of Rs. 40,689. Bids are invited from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, general order suppliers or firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments under Open Competitive Bidding and the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bidders may participate in a single lot or all lots, but a separate bid is required for each lot and a separate framework contract will apply to each lot. Encrypted electronic scanned PDF bids must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System by 30 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security shall be paid digitally for each lot separately through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement System process using PSID. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at Punjab Vocational Training Council, Lahore.
