Framework contract for local purchase medicines, surgical and disposable items, laboratory items, general store items, X-Ray and radiology items, printing items, dental material, medical gases and stationery items for FY 2026-27. The procurement covers day-to-day LP medicines and surgical disposables with estimated cost Rs. 34 million and bid security Rs. 680,000 - framework contract for medicines and surgical items for the Sehat Sahulat Program with estimated cost Rs. 60 million and bid security Rs. 1,200,000 - laboratory items estimated at Rs. 15 million with bid security Rs. 300,000 - general store items estimated at Rs. 15 million with bid security Rs. 300,000 - X-Ray and radiology items estimated at Rs. 15 million with bid security Rs. 300,000 - printing items estimated at Rs. 1.5 million with bid security Rs. 30,000 - dental material estimated at Rs. 2 million with bid security Rs. 40,000 - medical gases estimated at Rs. 20 million with bid security Rs. 400,000 - stationery items estimated at Rs. 3.5 million with bid security Rs. 70,000. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized dealers, distributors and pharmacies holding valid CDSL where applicable, as well as relevant firms and suppliers. Single Stage Two Envelope Open Competitive Bidding procedure applies under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids must be submitted by 23-09-2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM the same day. Physical submission is prohibited and 2% bid security of estimated procurement price must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
