Framework Contract For Local Purchase Medicines Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines comprising multinational medicines, national medicines, and medical devices and surgical disposable items for FY 2026-27. Lot 1 covers multinational medicines with estimated cost Rs. 1.5 million and bid security Rs. 30,000; Lot 2 covers national medicines with estimated cost Rs. 5.0 million and bid security Rs. 100,000; Lot 3 covers medical devices and surgical disposable items with estimated cost Rs. 3.5 million and bid security Rs. 70,000. Pre-bid meetings are scheduled for 17 September 2026 at 1:00 PM and closing and opening are scheduled for 22 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM respectively. Bids for multinational and local medicines are to be processed on the basis of maximum discount percentage from the retail price fixed by DRAP, while medical devices and surgical disposables require discounts against market prices notified by the Drug Control Wing. Bid security valid for 180 days must be uploaded on EP Punjab in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft, with the original instrument submitted in hard copy before bid opening. Hard copies of bids are also required and will be considered if the successful e-bid has been accomplished and verified.
