Framework contract for local purchase of medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items for FY 2026-27. Lot 1 covers multinational medicines with estimated cost Rs. 1.5 million and bid security Rs. 30,000 - Lot 2 covers national medicines with estimated cost Rs. 5.0 million and bid security Rs. 100,000 - Lot 3 covers medical devices and surgical disposable items with estimated cost Rs. 3.5 million and bid security Rs. 70,000. Eligible bidders are financially sound pharmacy firms or agencies having a shop at Lahore, comprehensive storage facilities and a valid Category A retail drug sale license on Form 9. Bids for multinational and local medicines are processed on the basis of maximum discount percentage from the retail price fixed by DRAP, while medical devices and surgical disposables require discounts against the notified market price. Bid security valid for 180 days must be uploaded electronically and the original instrument submitted in hard copy before bid opening. Hard copies of bids are also required in addition to successful verified e-bids. Pre-bid meetings are scheduled at 1:00 PM on the stated lot-specific dates, with bid submission on 12 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and opening at 11:00 AM.
