Prequalification Vendors For Medicines Surgical Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification and walk-in registration of vendors for local purchase of medicines, surgical disposables, medical devices and related items on a day-to-day basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only technical proposals are invited for prequalification to supply national, multinational and imported medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items. Procurement shall follow Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 as amended, PPRA Rules 2024 as amended and Punjab e-Procurement System rules. The procedure shall be single stage single envelope and prequalification through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically, while hard copies of financial instruments for the bid security must also be submitted. Bid security of Rs. 50,000 is required. The bidding documents are available free of cost through the specified procurement portals. The bid submission deadline is 31st August 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same date. All applicable taxes shall be charged according to Government of Punjab rules and the purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids under the applicable PPRA rules.
