Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines, surgical items and disposable items for financial year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Eligible bidders include reputable companies, firms, authorized distributors and experienced suppliers registered with NTN and GST where applicable, while medicine and surgical disposable suppliers must have a valid CDSL Drug Sale License on Form-9 Category-A. Separate bids shall be submitted for local purchase of medicines, surgical and disposable items on the basis of maximum discount from retail price, with evaluation according to the weightage formula in the bidding documents and LP guidelines No. SO (HP) 12-02/2022 dated 29 June 2022. Categories include multinational company medicines, national company medicines and disposable surgical items. The estimated cost is Rs.5,000,000 and bid security is 2% amounting to Rs.100,000. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft, CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank of Pakistan and remain valid for 180 days. Online bidding shall follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure, comprising separate Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal PDF files, and only online bids through the e-Punjab portal shall be accepted.
